Communication skills: The most important verbal skill is the ability to ask the right questions.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to solve problems is the main reason we have a job.
Written communication: Your audience is clueless but not stupid. Treat them as such.
Cultural intelligence: Do unto others as you would like others to do unto you.
Leadership skills: Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less!
Teamwork skills: A composite of all the other skills: Be a team player yourself.
